Service Description
It is a non-surgical method of reducing cellulite and localized fat. This procedure involves applying pressure on fat cells through ultrasonic vibrations. The pressure is high enough to make the fat cells break down into a liquid form
Cancellation Policy
1. Package Purchase Policy Final and Non-Refundable: All packages purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a service has started or a scheduled service is canceled, no refunds will be issued. Full Payment: Payment for services must be made in full, even if the service is canceled or rescheduled. Breaches and Fees: If there is a breach of this agreement, clients will be liable for the full price of each session. Additionally, a $2,000 penalty may be imposed for damages, plus legal fees. 2. Appointment Policy Late Arrival: Arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $30 late fee. If you're more than 20 minutes late, your session will be canceled and a $45 fee will apply. Rescheduling: You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. A $50 fee will apply if rescheduling is done with less than 48 hours' notice. Missing a session or failure to reschedule in time will result in a forfeited session. 3. Package Expiration All sessions must be used within the allotted time frame of the package. Unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited without a refund. 4. Client Responsibilities To achieve optimal results, you agree to: Pre-Appointment Requirements: Refrain from consuming alcohol or caffeine for 24 hours before your appointment. Do not eat for at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. Hydrate by drinking plenty of water. Commitment to Healthy Lifestyle: Provide daily meal images for nutritional guidance. Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes, 3-5 times a week to maximize treatment effectiveness. 5. Referral Program Referrals qualify for a free service with an active package, but discounts do not apply to package deals. Referrals must be redeemed as individual services. 6. Code of Conduct Respectful Behavior: Any verbal, physical, or sexual harassment will result in immediate termination of services and cancellation of the package without a refund. Weapons Prohibited: Possession of weapons is strictly forbidden. Violators will be banned from the premises. 7. Privacy Policy Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and is used only for appointment arrangements and internal purposes, including marketing and statistical analysis. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent. 8. Limitation of Liability Debbie’s Beauty & Body Sculpting Spa is not responsible for any unsatisfactory results arising from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment guidelines.
